When I was just a young boy, only at the age of sixteen I think, I wen

When I was just a young boy, only at the age of sixteen I think, I went on holiday to Tunisia. I was with my parents, and we had a great time there. But I could not help but miss everything at home: the pets, the girl that would in a few weeks' time become my girlfriend, not to forget the rolling hills of my home village. And so one morning I bullied my parents into giving me a couple of pounds, or whatever it is they use as currency down in Tunisia; and from there I hopped down to the nearest internet cafe. It was there that I realised my love for computers and gadgets.
There I was, with my milk shake, my email up and running, and my browser ready to go. I had never quite realised how happy I was like this. I could live my whole life like this and never need another thing. Actually that might be a bit of a lie. I might need another refill if I was going to be sitting here for all of eternity. And a cream bun, a girlfriend, the rolling hills of my home, my pets and my family too. But that's beside the point: what I was trying to say was that I felt very happy sitting in a room filled to the brim with computers.
I still do, even thirty years on from that day. You see, I havebecome a website designer in order to look after my children, keep them fed and watered and clothed. What a wonderful time I have being a website designer! Sometimes I have to gather evidence before I get to work on my next assignment. This consists of tapping a few keys into the computer, and looking at a bunch of websites of my choice to see how they attract customers.
But life for the average website designer is not all fun and games. No, once or twice we have had a hiccup in the system and I have been called upon to fix it up. That is not very fun because it means I sometimes have to stay up til nearly three in the morning to fix it up, without the delicious help of food and coffee. No, being a website designer certainly isn't all fun and games! Mind you, I do enjoy having the job, and it is lovely to be surrounded all the time by all those wonderful gadgets!
