Web designers are definitely making a descent income on-line. Most of them are being hired full-time or even part-time by individuals, companies and institutions. They use their skills to create a website, electronic advertisements and sometimes hired as moderators of social and forum sites. Off-line they can also earn extra as a programmer or in computer trouble-shooting. Now I am having regrets on why I did not take up a computer course when Iwas in college. My cousin, a programmer earns around 100$ per month on her side-line activities while maintaining a high-paying job also as a programmer in a well-known IT company. There are a hundreds of opportunities available for web designers compared to civil engineers. Working freelance in web designing also proves to be more stable and profitable than in engineering jobs.

I am really envious of the opportunities she is getting on-line and off-line. In my case, I also learn a few bucks in my on-line activities. I am a member of several money making sites. This includes Pay per click sites, pay per post , pay per review, social sites, story making sites and affiliate marketing sites. Sometimes I do earn a descent amount but compared to my programmer cousin, my earnings are way way smaller than hers. I have also tried doing freelance writing work online but as of now, I have not landed in any project yet. I am quite thankful that there are still many opportunities in making money available for me on-line, but that ends there. I only earn extra though my on-line jobs. Off-line, all I have is my boring and low-paying 9 hour job.

I really do hope I can also earn extra through off-line activities.I have tried making cad projects for some private clients. But I do not get clients that often. Unlike when you are into IT and computer's you would definitely find a lot of part-time jobs which are very profitable. I am planning to take a short-course in web programming and IT to be able to land in more profitable on-line money making opportunities in the internet or if luck would be in my side, bump into a regular freelance job. Who knows, someday I can achieve my dream to work at home and make money work for me. I am hoping for the best.
