Webtech Advise

While on vacation last year, we decided at the last minute to find a fishing charter to go out on the bay. I thought this would be easy information to get from the local yellow pages. I called and called all morning one Thursday and found this was going to be anything but easy. Most of the listings I found were wrong numbers and all of the large businesses were booked already and this was early may. The very large charters, who you can see tied up to the docks out on the bay, all told us they wouldn't get enough people to go out. To try a private charter and gave us a few URLs to look up along with phone numbers of course. I tried to get online to Download the website information. I tried to get on-line with my laptop and there was no service where we were staying. I really was beginning to think all of this was turning out to be a futile effort. Cyberspace wouldn't come to me so I began to hunt Cyberspace.

We drove up to a famous coffee shop and I finally got a connection to cyberspace to look for more information. My internet security was still acting crazy and I still hadn't found any available charters in the area. We had a download of a few URL sites to look atas we sat for an hour going over what we found. My Internet Security kept popping up wanting me to stop looking at website content and at first this was very annoying. I finally went into the internet security program and couldn't find any of the settings was a problem. I finally downloaded an update for it and it stopped its annoying pop-ups.

That was a turning point, for the next website we clicked on was the right one. A man in the area had a URL we had been given by the blue loon charter company we had visited earlier that day. I ran a program to download his schedule and he was free that weekend. It helped that his website had perfect website development. It was all clean and easy to access. This is always a plus for me when I am looking for information on the web. We called him and setup a trip the following day.

After catching our limit of speckled trout we set out to find the big reds and we had a marvelous time. This was going to be a trip to remember.
