I decided recently to get broadband, i went with my telephone provider as there is so many companies that offer this that and the other for broadband but i was happy with the company i was with. I got it particularly to look up details on web design as it had always interested me and i was into computers so thought web design was the obvious choice. My Internet provider gave me web access on dial up to begin with but i found the only thing that really worked quick enough while i wasn't on Broadband was Instant Messaging, which was fine once i got the hang of instant messaging but there was more i wanted to do than the web access i had would allow this was when i decided i should get broadband.

It took 10 days for my broadband to go online and for me to have total Web Access at a speed that i liked, then the only other problem i had was my computer security, it kept on popping up all time did i want to allow web access to this site then web access to that site it was so annoying. I don't know the ins and outs of web design but surely there is away where you can set it so that the site you go on knows what content your pc allows and just shows you that part of it.

I managed to get all my friends instant messaging and at a later date i even introduced my mum to instant messaging although i still dont think she realises the full potential that instant messaging offers as she still phones me up when we are talking online.

I started then to do my original goal which was to look up and hopefully make a career out of web design i tried many sites and contacted many people online, I even tried to set up my own web site but alas i couldn't do it although i am good with computers it seems i am not as good as i thought so i had to cross web design off my list of careers but at least now i have my broadband to give me total web access in finding another career.
